Marc Cheminais (CEO)

Marc Cheminais has been involved in the security industry for the past 25 years.  Marc was the founding member and CEO of Federal Guarding, which he established in 1993. In 2002 the company merged with Callguard Security to form Group 4 Falck, the largest security group in South Africa, with Marc still holding the position of CEO until 2002.

Shane Cheminais (Marketing Director)

Shane was the National Sales and Marketing Director for Federal Security Services from 1994 to 2002. After the merger with Callguard Security, Shane became the National Sales and Marketing Director for Group 4 Falck. 

Jacques Ferreira (Regional Director - REGION 1)

Jacques Ferreira spent the first four years of his working career in the South African Air Force, where he gained an appreciation for the importance of discipline, structure and communication. His military training further served to awaken his interest in security and this led him to join the industry in 1993. It was during his tenure with Home Alarms that he initiated and implemented the armed reaction unit, 911 Squad.

He later joined Federal Guarding Services, where he operated as the Regional Manager of the Western Cape Hospitality Division. During his six years with the company he was accountable for several clients, motivated by Andre Cheminais, who brought to prominence his dedication and inherent desire for perfection in all aspects of his work. Jacques’ extensive security experience and practical, proactive approach to the business renders him an invaluable asset to Alexa Security Solutions and its clients.
